I am impressed with Ladybug Floral's outstanding service and stunning floral arrangements. The online ordering process was seamless, and I appreciated the ease of use when selecting flowers for my mother's milestone birthday. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Due to current fuel prices we will shift our delivery routes to be as fuel efficient as possible and to take as few delivery trips as we can. This means we will not be able to take timed delivery requests and our first delivery trip won’t be until noon. We will make sure schools and businesses get priority, outside of those we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
