I will 100% use Ladybug Floral again! I have had horrible luck with the big 1-800 ordering sites, so this time I searched for a florist in my (out of state) sister's town. I found Ladybug, chose a design my sister would love, chose same-day delivery and hoped for the best. Welp, my sister sent me a picture of what she received and it's near identical to the website image. I was so relieved and so happy! No bait and switch here, just beautiful flowers.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Due to current fuel prices we will shift our delivery routes to be as fuel efficient as possible and to take as few delivery trips as we can. This means we will not be able to take timed delivery requests and our first delivery trip won’t be until noon. We will make sure schools and businesses get priority, outside of those we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
