This florist exceeded my expectations. The family loved the Dish Plant Garden. I made a mistake when providing the delivery address. I thought I was sending it to the family's home, but instead, I sent the arrangement to the church. However, the delivery person recognized the last name of the recipient and correctly delivered it to the intended home address. I was relieved that the arrangement did not sit unattended at the church for days. Thank you for your exceptional level of customer service.

I have not seen the plant personally, as I live in another state, but the recipient is overjoyed. My stepsister loves plants and said the plants were healthy and beautiful.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Due to current fuel prices we will shift our delivery routes to be as fuel efficient as possible and to take as few delivery trips as we can. This means we will not be able to take timed delivery requests and our first delivery trip won’t be until noon. We will make sure schools and businesses get priority, outside of those we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
